Woweee!

Today is a very special day. Mum and I are off to the city and the operahouse for a kids proms concert with Lyndi, Kaizen, Kerri and Amy. I am so excited and ready to go early. Banging on the door to get going at 6 am.

We drive to Neutral Bay and park in a side street that is for free(!) and then hop on he boat to Circular Quay. I love being so close to the water. Really really exciting!

From the ferry its just a quick walk around the corner to the opera house. Easy peasy.

We arrive early at the big steps and I get to climb them twice before the others arrive.

This must be the way to the entrace. If I hurry I will be first in line.

Phiuu. Good with a refreshment break.

The concert is like a story told with music and actors. A string quartet on one side and a jazz band on the other. Groovy. The golden castle and the actors in between. I enjoy most of it but have to go for a little walk a cople of times to not forget how to move my legs at this crucial time in my walking development.

There are lots of kids and babies and a good atmosphere.

The concert lasts 45 minutes and I am really tired afterwards. Kerri and Amy head off to Gymbaroo and mum, me, Lyndi and Kaizen go and sit at the quay side and have a spot of lunch.

The sun is glorious and we have a great debrief.Mums do coffee and kids have veggies and noodles from home. Kaizen and I get pushed along the quay side in our pramsafterwards and I fall asleep quite quickly.

Tired work this excitement, stairs climbing and cultural input.

Next Friday is Thomas the tank engine at Acer arena, good with contrast in ones cultural input no doubt.

Vad mysigt att få åka in till Storstan och gå på konsert i det kända Operahuset. Det skulle Farmor också vilja göra.
